Usage & Safety
How it Works: It is a PDE5 inhibitor that relaxes blood vessels and increases blood flow to the penis, though it only works when the user is sexually stimulated.
Dosage: You should take no more than one sachet per 24-hour period, ideally 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity.
Important Warnings:
Nitrates: Never take this medication if you are using nitrates for chest pain, as the combination can cause a life-threatening drop in blood pressure.
